Conditions d'annulation: - En cas d’annulation plus de 3 semaines avant la date d’arrivée, 7,5% du montant du séjour sera retenu pour frais de gestion. - En cas d’annulation moins de 3 semaines jusqu'à 15 jours avant la date d’arrivée, nous retiendrons 50 % du montant de la réservation - En cas d’annulation moins de 15 jours avant la date d’arrivée, nous retiendrons 100 % du montant de la réservation. - Tout séjour commencé et annulé sur place est du en totalité. Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation more than three weeks before date of arrival, 7,5% of the amount of the reservation will be charged for administrative costs.
- In case of cancellation less than three weeks till 15 days before date of arrival, we will retain 50% of the amount of the reservation
